After a qualifying period as Altro an employee you will automatically qualify to become a member of our contributory Pension scheme. Full details of this will be provided to you on joining the company.
Life assurance
The moment you join Altro as an employee you will automatically qualify for the life assurance scheme at 4 times your salary.
Prolonged disability insurance
Prolonged disability insurance is offered to members of the pension scheme, subject to acceptance by the insurers and pre existing conditions being excluded.
Share incentive plan
All employees can also take advantage of our annual Share Scheme provided you have at least six months service at the date of the award.
Holidays
Altro offers a generous and competitive annual holiday entitlement, which starts at 25 days and increases with length of service to 30 days.
