Video triage, site visits and test areas

We offer a video call triage service so customers in Ireland can now connect with our technical team virtually for real-time troubleshooting. This speeds up resolutions, eliminates unnecessary travel, and reduces carbon emissions.

Site visits can be arranged so you can see a product you are considering in situ, which has been installed for some time in a similar working environment to your own. If necessary, to satisfy ourselves that our product is suitable for you and to reassure you that it will meet your exact needs, a test area can be installed.

Maintenance and customer care

Customer care centres

We set up our global customer care centres to give you information and support when you need it, establish and satisfy your requirements, and contribute to the smooth running of your projects. The customer care teams will support you before, during and after installation; the teams are comprehensively trained and can answer your queries on anything from technical issues to sample requests. They’re just at the end of the phone or email.

The customer care teams’ mission is to help you get the solution you need, as quickly as possible. All sample requests are processed the day they are placed, plus we operate stringent stock checks and timely deliveries to ensure that, whenever possible, you receive the product you need when you need it.

That's why we run highly popular, multiple training schools internationally to train a network of professional installers in the latest techniques and to promote best practice.
