We are proud of the culture we have at Altro. It’s an important part of what makes us successful and also why people enjoy working here. We realised long ago that the ‘fit’ between our values and those of our employees is a critical factor in enabling people to give their best, enjoy their time with us, and feel part of the bigger Altro team. To help you decide whether Altro is right for you, we have developed a short quiz. The quiz asks you questions about what’s important to you at work and how you prefer to go about your job. Once you have answered these questions, you will receive some immediate feedback about how close the match is between your preferences, and what’s valued at Altro.
The results of the quiz are private to you and we do not keep a record of your name or use the results in any way as part of a job application process.
The questionnaire has 36 questions and takes 5 - 10 minutes to complete, depending on how fast you are.
There are no right or wrong answers and no ‘trick questions’ – you just need to decide how much you agree or disagree with a series of statements about yourself. Work quickly through the questions – your initial reaction to the question is likely to be the most accurate. Also try to avoid giving an answer because you think it is the right thing to say or because it is how you would like to be. Remember this is for your use only. No-one else is going to see the results, so be as honest as you can.
For each of the statements below, decide on the answer that best describes you, using the rating scale given. Enter your chosen rating by clicking on the relevant box.
One or more questions have yet to be answered. Please check that you have answered all the questions before clicking to get your result.Close

Have a more detailed look at our website and company literature and think carefully about what you want from a job and an employer. Try and pinpoint what’s really important to you and then see if you think Altro can meet this need.Close
