Robert Reeves Watch Repairs, based in St. Austell, Cornwall, has been in business since 1975. In 1995 Robert became an independent Rolex accredited repairer and in 2016 an Omega accredited watch repairer. When the business moved to a new workshop, the tile floor was damaged and uneven.
“I needed a vinyl flooring that could be coved instead of using skirting boards to comply with the workshop requirements of the major manufacturers with whom I have accreditation.”
Robert approached Ben Clarkson from Absolute Flooring to help select and install a floor. Ben contacted Altro for some advice and suggested Robert try new Altro Orchestra.

“I require flooring which is plain and with a smoothish surface. Altro Orchestra fits our requirements very well. The mid-grey shade gives an excellent appearance. Sufficient to give some interest, sufficiently plain so that I can find tiny watch movement parts if they fall onto the floor. It looks very smart and is easy to clean and maintain.”
Absolute Flooring skimmed and levelled the floor. The installation was straightforward and completed on time. Ben said “Altro Orchestra was easy to install and the support from Altro was very good as always.”
Robert was delighted with the result.
