As the owner of the business I was looking for a floor covering that would be waterproof, slip resistant, easy to clean and ideally be easy to remove at the end of my tenancy in regard to any “make good” clauses. Altro XpressLay adhesive-free ticked all the boxes and has performed superbly for the 18 months that it has been down.
I have now decided to install more XpressLay to improve flooring in another space in our facility.
