The Lancashire Care NHS Trust and Gilling Dod Architects have collaborated to achieve relaxing spaces for mental healthcare, particularly in the bedroom design. The use of pastel colours creates a calming atmosphere, complementing the use of Altro Wood Safety on the floor for a more homely, less clinical feel. The use of Altro Whiterock Digiclad, designed by Stella Corrall of Lucentia Design, continues the pastel, calm theme while subtly allowing room numbers to feature outside bedrooms.
