Held on a warm summer evening in Letchworth, this year's tournament saw 10 teams battle it out for the coveted trophy, including two teams representing Altro's own IT and Manufacturing departments.
As always, the competition was played in great spirit, with plenty of goals, impressive saves and closely contested matches throughout the evening. One of the standout moments came during the semi-finals, where a place in the final was decided by penalties after neither side could be separated.
The sidelines were buzzing too, with plenty of cheering and support from the Altro crowd.
After a fantastic evening of football, Absolute Interiors Group Ltd emerged as this year's champions, taking the title ahead of last year's winners, DMS, who finished as runners-up after another strong showing.
While the football was fiercely competitive, the event was also a great opportunity for people from across the industry to connect away from the workplace. Once the final whistle had blown, players and supporters came together to enjoy pizza, refreshments and the awards presentation.
The annual tournament has become a much-anticipated fixture in the Altro calendar, providing a chance to strengthen relationships, meet new faces and enjoy some healthy competition in a relaxed environment.
Altro would like to thank all 10 teams for taking part and everyone who travelled to Letchworth to support the event. The enthusiasm and sportsmanship shown throughout the evening helped make the tournament another memorable success.
