AltroFix MP600 is a fast curing multipurpose MS-Polymer sealant / adhesive supplied in 290ml tubes.
It has a very high initial tack on porous and non-porous surfaces that are commonly found in the construction industry. It is permanently elastic and has excellent bond and seal properties without the use of a primer even on slightly damp surfaces. It is ideally suited to appropriate applications for Altro flooring and walling products, please refer to installation instructions for relevant products. It is solvent and isocyanate free.
All substrates should be sound and free from surface contaminants. Any contamination should be cleaned from the surface using appropriate methods and allowed to dry. For flooring applications, subfloor and site conditions must conform with BS 8203:2017. It is important that the substrate is as smooth as possible, any undulation may cause pockets of adhesive to form bubbles behind the covering.

Any excess AltroFix MP600 should be removed as soon as possible from the surface of the product.
Before using this product, users should refer to the SDS (Safety Data Sheet) for correct safety advice and to determine the level of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and RPE (Respiratory Protective Equipment) that is required. A COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) assessment and risk assessment should be carried out before using this adhesive. Apply the product in well ventilated areas. In the case of accidents, or a feeling of nausea, or contact with eyes or skin, rinse immediately with plenty of water seek medical attention. For further information see SDS available from Altro.

Note: it is important to place the Altro covering in to the AltroFix MP600 within a timely fashion, no more than a 10-minute period should be exceeded.
