At Altro, our customers play a huge role in shaping what we do. That’s why we’ve been running our Voice of the Customer programme since 2008 – giving us real feedback on our products, services, and support.
Since then, more than 2,000 visits and around 4,800 people have taken part, helping us learn, adapt, and grow.
In 2024 alone, we welcomed 357 delegates from 87 companies across 11 countries and gathered over 440 insights from across the business.
