Marketing & Communications Coordinator to Altro Nordic

Altro is hiring a part-time Marketing & Communications Coordinator for a one-year fixed-term contract to be a key member of Altro Nordic AB, reporting to the Area Manager of Altro Nordic. You will work closely with our UK-based Head Office and your colleagues in the Marketing department. The role is based at our office in Malmö, Sweden, with an expected start date in March.

What will you be doing?

This is a hands-on, operational marketing role where you will support the Nordic commercial team by executing planned marketing activities and coordinating day-to-day marketing tasks. You will work from an existing marketing plan and collaborate closely with colleagues from the Nordic commercial team and Altro’s UK Head Office. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the sales and commercial team with marketing-related needs, such as presentations and customer-facing content
  • Coordinating translations and local adaptations of marketing content from the UK, including:
    • Website updates
    • Product launches
    • Campaign and email content
    • Linkedin posts
  • Coordinating the collection and creation of Nordic customer and project references
  • Supporting marketing-related logistics for events, such as coordinating materials and shipments from Malmö and translating content (event planning and execution are mainly handled by the UK team)
  • Ensuring activities are delivered according to agreed timelines and briefings

You will not be expected to develop marketing strategies or campaign concepts, but rather to execute, coordinate and support ongoing marketing activities.

Some travel within Europe may be required.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in operational marketing in an international context, who enjoys working in a coordinating and supportive role. You likely have experience with:

  • Executing marketing activities based on an existing plan
  • Coordinating content, translations and updates across different channels
  • Working closely with sales teams and internal stakeholders
  • Copywriting and adapting content for local markets
  • Managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously

You are structured, reliable and comfortable working independently, while also collaborating closely with colleagues across countries and teams.

Fluency in Swedish and/or Danish and English is required.

Experience from a manufacturing company and/or the construction or building materials industry is considered a plus, but not essential.
